All of the brushstrokes were done with pen and ink, then scanned in as separate sections, then colorized and layered in Photoshop. Probably not a technique I'll ever use again as it was more trouble than it was worth.

Test concepts I created back in '05. Thought it would be cool if the Apes were depicted as Japanese Snow Monkeys. Both Apes are wearing armor and white war paint.
