Alfie’s Hideout

I developed concepts, as well as the final design for the mysterious Alfie’s interface inside his hideout. Once the style was chosen, I oversaw the creation and development of the various shots along with Oleg Bercea and Pedro Fleming.

Concept Designs

The Division User Interfaces

Lead by Ritter (Bryan Cranston), The Division is a rogue covert intel organisation, a government organisation that nobody knows exists. The Division started out as part of the CIA but separated and carried out illegal operations to gain power. I worked on some early concepts for the user interface.

Early Interface Concept
I was responsible for overseeing the execution of a large number of interfaces seen inside the Division headquarters. The control room features large wall-mounted displays for spy surveillance technology, and high-tech 3-way transparent screens for agent workstations. In order to populate the workstations, we created a collection of interface elements and mixed and match them to create a variety of combinations.

This was a keypad concept I designed that was cut from the final film.

Oil Tanker Viewing Window
This was a concept that I created with help from 3d artist Tim Kilgour. The scene takes place inside a giant oil tanker that the Division uses for their headquarters. Production was tryint to visualize how the oil tank might look as seen through a giant glass behind the director’s desk. My goal was to stylize it a bit so that it framed the Bryan Cranston with an ominous backdrop.
